I Hate My Job But Want More Money!

Do you have the feeling you are in the wrong job? Or maybe you create money but are always losing it? For some people, no matter how passionate they are or how hard they work, cannot get the results they need. Why is this? Wealth dynamics is about who you are. Your wealth is created by you, simple?

Not for most people, because they don't understand that there is a way that we think that influences what we should do. Wealth Dynamics is the only personality test that tells you exactly what strategy you should follow to build wealth. In all of history there has only ever been eight ways to create Wealth.

These Are the Eight Ways To Create Wealth!

1. The Creator - Builds innovative products

Examples: Steve Jobs, Walt Disney, Richard Branson

2. The Star - Builds an influential brand

Examples: Oprah, Paul Newman, Bill Clinton

3. The Supporter - Builds high performance teams

Examples: Steve Balmer, Jack Welch

4. The Deal Maker - Brings deals together

Examples: Donald Trump, Rupert Murdoch

5. The Trader - Buying and selling commodities

Example: George Soros

6. The Accumulator - Buying and holding assets

Examples: Warren Buffet, Paul Allen

7. The Lord - Controlling cashflow producing assets

Examples: Lakshmi Mital, Ingavar Kamprad

8. The Mechanic - Creating aduplicable system

Finding out I was a mechanic profile, answered a lot of niggling questions at the back of my mind. It explained why I made some decisions and more importantly, why I was frustrated in my job!

The 'Ah Ha' moment for me was reading this quote "If you are doing anything that feels like hard work, you are already doing the wrong thing." We have all been told you must work hard in life! But should you? Wealth Dynamics is a wealth profiling system which uses a psychometric test to assess your personality, strengths, productivity, values and group behaviours and to determine your most natural way to build wealth.

It provides you with a map to guide you along your 'Path to Wealth', allowing you to identify which strategies and six steps you need to be focusing on, learning about, and taking action on. No more trial and error as most people have in their life!

The current economic era is defined as the Intangible Economy. In the Intangible Economy, there are four factors of production:

- knowledge assets (what people know and put into use)

- collaboration assets (who people interact with to create value)

- engagement assets (the level of energy and commitment of people)

- time quality (how quickly value is created)

These are the four key resources from which economic activity and competitive advantage are primarily derived and delivered today. Wealth dynamics is all of the above for individuals.

Don't work hard without clarity! Find your least resistance to wealth! For more info on wealth dynamics check out http://spbwealth.blogspot.com/ and also http://spbwealth.com/ To your success!
