Biography Of Great Men
I got this article from the weblog of Mose Adenuga at www.blessingadenuga.blogspot.com I was motivated and blessed through the reading of the article and believe that its going to be a blessing to everyone that reads it in this blog
Henry Ford
Hi, still in the process of learning from great men that does not know nothing about school, I bring you this great man called HENRY FORD. He did not know much about education yet he was a mover & shaker of his generation. Ready to learn from him? Here you Go.
HIS CHILDHOOD
Henry Ford, born July 30, 1863, was the first of William and Mary Ford's six children. He grew up on a prosperous family farm in what is today Dearborn, Michigan. Henry enjoyed a childhood typical of the rural nineteenth century, spending days in a one-room school and doing farm chores. At an early age, he showed an interest in mechanical things and a dislike for farm work.In 1879, sixteen-year-old Ford left home for the nearby city of Detroit to work as an apprentice machinist, although he did occasionally return to help on the farm. He remained an apprentice for three years and then returned to Dearborn. During the next few years, Henry divided his time between operating or repairing steam engines, finding occasional work in a Detroit factory, and over-hauling his father's farm implements, as well as lending a reluctant hand with other farm work. Upon his marriage to Clara Bryant in 1888, Henry supported himself and his wife by running a sawmill.
THE ENGINEER
In 1891, Ford became an engineer with the Edison Illuminating Company in Detroit. This event signified a conscious decision on Ford's part to dedicate his life to industrial pursuits. His promotion to Chief Engineer in 1893 gave him enough time and money to devote attention to his personal experiments on internal combustion engines. These experiments culminated in 1896 with the completion of his own self-propelled vehicle-the Quadricycle. The Quadricycle had four wire wheels that looked like heavy bicycle wheels, was steered with a tiller like a boat, and had only two forward speeds with no reverse.Although Ford was not the first to build a self-propelled vehicle with a gasoline engine, he was, however, one of several automotive pioneers who helped this country become a nation of motorists.
FORD MOTOR COMPANY
After two unsuccessful attempts to establish a company to manufacture automobiles, the Ford Motor Company was incorporated in 1903 with Henry Ford as vice-president and chief engineer. The infant company produced only a few cars a day at the Ford factory on Mack Avenue in Detroit. Groups of two or three men worked on each car from components made to order by other companies.Henry Ford realized his dream of producing an automobile that was reasonably priced, reliable, and efficient with the introduction of the Model T in 1908. This vehicle initiated a new era in personal transportation. It was easy to operate, maintain, and handle on rough roads, immediately becoming a huge success.By 1918, half of all cars in America were Model Ts. To meet the growing demand for the Model T, the company opened a large factory at Highland Park, Michigan, in 1910. Here, Henry Ford combined precision manufacturing, standardized and interchangeable parts, a division of labor, and, in 1913, a continuous moving assembly line. Workers remained in place, adding one component to each automobile as it moved past them on the line. Delivery of parts by conveyor belt to the workers was carefully timed to keep the assembly line moving smoothly and efficiently. The introduction of the moving assembly line revolutionized automobile production by significantly reducing assembly time per vehicle, thus lowering costs. Ford's production of Model Ts made his company the largest automobile manufacturer in the world. The company began construction of the world's largest industrial complex along the banks of the Rouge River in Dearborn, Michigan, during the late 1910s and early 1920s. The massive Rouge Plant included all the elements needed for automobile production: a steel mill, glass factory, and automobile assembly line. Iron ore and coal were brought in on Great Lakes steamers and by railroad, and were used to produce both iron and steel. Rolling mills, forges, and assembly shops transformed the steel into springs, axles, and car bodies. Foundries converted iron into engine blocks and cylinder heads that were assembled with other components into engines. By September 1927, all steps in the manufacturing process from refining raw materials to final assembly of the automobile took place at the vast Rouge Plant, characterizing Henry Ford's idea of mass production

About Curses
By Adenuga S Joseph
Curses are thoughts clothed or express in words against your life and destiny. What do you do when you feel you are under a curse? Some people tried and tried, they fail every time they tried; some are really hardworking but are under spiritual bondage as a result of a curse working against their lives and family. You can break loose from every curse. The Bible says, "If the Son shall set you free, you shall be free indeed"; you see, it does not matter from where the curse comes from; the Son of God can set you free.
How to break the curses upon your life: -
Through the WORD of GOD (which is also the thoughts of God) and this is higher than any man’s. See Isaiah 55: 8,9. When you speak the word of God into your life, curses gives way to blessings. You must speak the word of God directly to every area of your life that you feel the curse is working. Reply every curse with a blessing from the word of God, when evil thoughts come, you reply it with a positive, good, success and God provoking thoughts. If this is the line you want to take; then you are in for success; and you will experience success unlimited that no man can hinder. There is a warning however, you must decide that from now on, you will never think evil of any one again in your life time. Make it a life decision that you will never from now sit down to discuss evil about anybody, knowing that we always reap whatever we sow.

Created To Succeed
By Adenuga S Joseph
Somebody said, "Some people succeed in life because they are destined to be, but many people become so because they were determined to be." I love that statement, how true it is. You can also become as successful as any other person is on the face of the earth. Well it is true, I do not know whether you are destined to be successful or not but I do know that you too can reach the success land by determination and personal effort.
From the Bible I am able to gather that nobody was born poor or rich. People become so through what they do with their hands. In Proverbs 10: 4 we read that,
"He becometh poor that dealeth with a slack hand: but the hand of the dilligent maketh rich."
Note that to become means to turn to something that was not so originally, meaning that he was not poor or rich, but he became whatever he is by what he does with his hands. This implies that if he is dilligent or hardworking; he will make for himself riches untold, in the same vein; if he is lazy, he will become poor. It is as simple as that.
The implication is that everyone of us was created to succeed, we will only get there if we learn how to make good use of our hands, brains,or anything God gave us as talent to profit and bless others with. Stop worrying about whether you are destined to be successful or not; even if you are not, you can be successful through determination.
So what are you waiting for? The ball is now in your court, go for it (success).

Your Heart: - The Real You
By Adenuga S Joseph
In Romans 10: 10, we read,
“ For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness”
Your heart is the core of you, the real you, your spirit, and that is where the issue of life flows. You cannot be righteous from any other place other than from your heart. Salvation takes place from the depth of your heart. Healing touches your body only when your heart have received it, even wealth cannot come until your heart has had a good grasp of it. Nothing happens to a man in life unless his heart has first of all accepted it even to the point of death. Proverbs 4: 23 explains it better,
“Keep your heart with all diligence; for out of it are the issues of life.”
The issues of life are the forces of life that brings either success or failure. In fact, another translation of the above scripture say, “out of your heart are the forces of life’. Please note that the forces that brings life and death flows from your heart (or your spirit). Forces of success and failure flow from your heart; forces that signal healing or sickness flows from your spirit. Your heart or your spirit is very important; in fact it is the most important part of a man. Your spirit is constantly emitting forces of attraction or repulsion; the forces of your heart either attract or repel things, (including success and failure).
Let me repeat for the sake of emphasis that the heart of man is the spirit of man, the real man. Out of the heart flows the forces of life, better know it now that you daily emit powerful forces from your heart. You are constantly emitting powerful forces from your spirit man, these forces are strong enough to push or pull. They are powerful enough to attract or repel success, they are potent enough to attract or repel failure.
The Bible says in Proverbs 4: 23 that was quoted above that we should guard our hearts with all diligence for out of it are the issues (or forces) of life. The woman with the issue of blood touched the helm of Jesus’ garment and was healed instantly because VIRTUE (or POWER or SOME FORCE) went out of Jesus and He knew it in Himself. He therefore asked, “Who touched Me?” You determine the virtue flowing out of you because you have power to control what you allow yourself to think, believe or say. You are a special being; you have a force that can bring success to your life, that force is in your heart. You can draw success; attract it with the forces that issue from your heart, nothing is impossible for you. YES, nothing is too big or too good to come to you, no matter how enormous the blessing may be, it is not too much for you, only if your heart can conceive of it and pull it into your life. Failure and or success starts from your heart, not from your environment, not your parents or GOD.
You have power to make success and get good success, so friend it is up to you. Go and do it.

FIVE IMPORTANT THINGS TO KNOW ABOUT YOUR THOUGHTS
Number One:-
Your thought is the door that leads to the spiritual realm; it can touch the spiritual realm positively or negatively. When you begin to think; you are ascending to the spiritual plane: if your thought is positive, i.e. good thought concerning your life, finances, health, family and so on; then you are invoking the angels of goodness and mercy to begin to work on your behalf. If you make those good thoughts the dominant thoughts of your heart day in day out, you will begin to see success unlimited in all situations and circumstances. When situations occur that tends to limit you, your thought will take you far above those limitations and as you persist to raise your thoughts above those limitations, they will soon vanish.
Number Two:-
Most of the time your thoughts are the moving pictures that you see in your dream. Anytime you have a dream, it is a revelation of your thought, there are three sources from where the dream can come to your thought, these are
(a) From God
(b) From your own spirit
(c) From the devil
Let’s consider the dream of Nebuchadnezzar in Daniel 2: 29,30
As for thee, O king, thy thoughts came into thy mind upon thy bed, what should come to pass hereafter: and He that revealeth secrets maketh known unto thee what shall come to pass. But as for me, this secret is not revealed unto me for any wisdom that I have more than any living, but for their sakes that shall make known the interpretation to the king and that thou mightest know the thoughts of thy heart.
We reliably gathered from the above scriptures that our dreams are the thoughts of our hearts.
Number Three:-
Your thought is empowered by positive imagination. Imagination is creating your desired future or result; faith thrives in the realm of imagination. With the power of your imagination, you see very clearly the type of car you will use in future, your home, and you want to live your life. You know through your imagination, what you will have, the type of life styles that suites you and so on. If you hold this imagination steadfastly in your heart, you shall soon have or be what you constantly see in your mind’s eye. For example, if you believe God to bless you with a car, your faith is strong, and through faith you are sure that you now have a specific car, the power of imaginative thinking is needed to actualize what your faith knows is yours.
Number Four:-
The relationship between your faith and your thought: - In the Bible, the book of Hebrews 11: 1 we read,
Now faith is the substance of things hoped for the evidence of things not seen.
Another translation puts it this way, “Now faith is the substantiating of things hoped for…” I like that translation. To substantiate mean to make real or prove that what is actually true is really true. There are many things that are real but we cannot substantiate (or prove), for instance, Mount Everest is the highest mountain on planet earth, but I’ve never seen it, I’ve never been there to see it face to face. Going there to see it physically is a way of substantiating that Everest is really a big mountain. Some have seen it only in pictures and many have not seen it in any way. The one that actually went there; that has actually seen all other mountains: is the one that can substantiate this fact more than any other. Your thought and imagination is the power given to you by God whereby you can really substantiate the things that you really hoped for by faith. Let’s assume you believe God for a car, you prayed, you believed God’s word that says, “If we pray according to His will, He hears us.” You even quote 1John 5: 15 that says, “and if we know that He hears us, whatsoever we ask, we know that we have the petition that we desired of Him.” So by faith in the word of God, you know that God has given you a car. Note that when you know that you have the car you no longer believe for the car, you know you have it, and you don’t need to believe for what you already have again. This is the message of Mark 11: 23. When you operate at this level, your thought fixes on what God has done though you have not seen it physically. You see it clearly in your mind, you allow your thought to convince your subconscious mind that you already have it. And the result of such faith has never failed anyone, the result is having whatsoever you believe for. It is so simple but it is the absolute truth.
Number Five:-
Know how to destroy every other contrary thought. The Bible says in 11Corinthians 10: 3-5 that
For though we walk in the flesh, we do not war after the flesh. For the weapons of our warfare are not canal, but mighty through GOD to the pulling down of stronghold: casting down imaginations, and every high thing that exalteth itself against the knowledge of God and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ.
Every thought that you allow in your heart must be in captivity to the obedience of Christ. You must test every thought and imagination; you must rebuke and correct every contrary thought. It is very important, try and understand this truth that you are about to read: No matter how much you try, the devil will flash some evil thoughts to you every ones in a while. Some enemies (or even some friends) may also think and project bad thoughts against you and your spiritual antenna may receive it, if you are very sensitive you can quickly throw it away and cast down every imagination and high thing that exalts itself against your progress. Please note this also, when you wake up from a deep sleep and remember a bad dream, it is a bad thought from the devil, and you must bind its power and effect against your life and family. One’s you bind the bad dream in prayers, believe God heard you and never allow the devil to prolong such bad thought in your mind
